Delivery

Goods ordered from South West Cleaning Equipment are delivered directly from our shop to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery charges

Deliveries are subject to a charge of £11.95 or delivery is free for orders over £99.00. The delivery charges are shown before orders are submitted.

We may, occasionally, choose to send your items in more than one delivery. In such cases, you may be invoiced multiple times but you will only be charged once for delivery and this charge will appear in the first invoice for the order.

All prices shown include VAT.

 

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch most in-stock items same day if ordered before 2pm on a working day, orders placed after 2pm or on non-working days will be despatched next working day.

We use a 24 hour courier service as standard.

Some larger machines have a longer lead time for availability and this will be stated on the Product listing page.

Availability status information is shown on the product details page and can be used as an indication of likely delivery times. 

Please note that delivery status is subject to stock and availability and the guidelines shown above are not binding.

 

Ordering from outside the UK

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands & the Isle of Man) but unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland.
