A single service, as and when you need it. Includes a full service by a trained engineer, genuine parts, safety test and service report.
Service plan
An annual plan for ongoing peace of mind. Includes two full service visits per year, a free loan machine if yours is in for repair, reduced call-out and labour rates, and discounted parts. Fixes your service costs for the year – repairs are quoted separately.

What's the difference between a one-off service and a service plan?
A one-off service is a single service as and when you need it. A service plan is an annual arrangement that includes two full service visits a year, reduced call-out and labour rates, and discounted parts, and fixes your service costs for the year (repairs are quoted separately).

Yes – we service on-site across our South West service area, or in-store at Exeter.
How often should my machine be serviced?
It depends on the machine and how hard it works – we’ll advise. Regular servicing also helps you demonstrate that your equipment is maintained under safety duties.
Does a service plan cover repairs?
